I bought a used car from Fred Anderson Toyota a few weeks ago. As the sales person opened the driver's door for me to get in, the door handle was broken/defective. I stated then "that will need to be fixed if I decide to purchase" which I was told yes it would be. I drive it, like it and decide to buy. Reiterated at signing the need to fix the handle. Was told yes, bring it in next week and we'll fix it. Took it in, part was ordered and I returned the following week. Once that part was in place it didn't fix the issue. Ano... read more

I recently purchased a 2021 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab TRD Off-road from Eric Johnson at Perruzzi Toyota and I couldn't be happier with my truck and my experience! As you know, inventory is low. I placed a deposit on my truck August 6 and got it on Sept 30. Eric did a terrific job keeping me up to date and managing my expectations. In addition to sourcing the exact truck and color I wanted. Biggest bunch of cons and crooks, liars and thieves ever. I was totally screwed out of a $6,000 down payment with my equity in my trade in on a lease vehicle from these crooks. They took my trade in which I owned, and nothing in my equity was included in the lease. I went to Al Hendrickson Toyota for my new lease and couldn't be more satisfied with the great deal I got with. FUCK LIPTON TOYOTA 🖕 FUCKING SCUMBAG CROOKS ,🖕

I purchased my Camry Hybrid fun 2014. They now refuse to stop calling offering to 'get me into something new'. I can't return business when you interfere with my family time, work day, etc. don't call people. When I want another new vehicle, I know where to look.

They want to charge an extra $3,000 over sticker if you come from out of state to buy a vehicle. I understand charging over sticker in an era of high demand but charging $3000 over sticker because you are from out of state is discriminatory. I should not be surprised since a lot of their online reviews don't look very favorable. maybe they did me a favor??

READ THIS BEFORE YOU VISIT CULVER CITY TOYOTA… I saw a used 2014 Prius 3 with low mileage listed at $18,999 online, and that is the end of the positive things I have to say about this dealership. K’Lee (sales), Ronnie (supervisor), and whoever the assistant GM is, all went well beyond a stereotypical car salesperson level of dishonesty. My brake Job was the worst i ever had.. noise when applying brakes cheap pads. and resurfaced rotors 150.00 each What i got was 29.95 pad kit and resurfaced Rotors when i asked for New rotors and best pad kit all total i payed 3298.54 a new windshield . no problem. also new front bearings and hubs they did good job on this part of the repair and safety recall .. I Do not recommend this Toyota Dealership
