Absolute worst customer experience I have ever had. I am in the market for a 2015 4Runner. To make a long story short, the original deal they brought out had my trade undervalued by $6,000. purchase experience was not great-sales dept had a smug attitude. After the sale is a problem- 60 days later I still dont have license or registration due to a series of mistakes by their inept title clerk. Communication from management is very poor, they rarely return call or emails. It is obvious that once they have your money you are no longer important to them

Do not pay for the Apex GPS Protect system. The finance team will claim that it is already on the vehicle and try to charge you between $800 and $2000 for it. Mike Calvert's master account can always track and control your vehicle (including the ability to remotely disable your vehicle without your authorization). If you refuse to pay for it, they will give it to you for free, along with 1-year of free Silver service as an incentive to keep it. Ask to have it removed before leaving the dealership. Lies and a waste of time! They strung me along over a weekend til Wednesday 12-15. To back track a little...Amanda told me it was being worked on Friday and if I came in Saturday, she "would have it rushed thru for me for pick-up". I could not make it Saturday so asked if I could give a deposit to hold it until Wednesday, the answer was "NO we don't hold cars". I was extremely pleased with my experience at Classic Toyota in Waukegan. I found the prices for the new Corollas were the best around. I also found the customer service to be very positive from beginning to end. I brought my brand-new car (less than 1400 miles) in with a check engine light on, spoke with two different service techs. They blamed me for causing the check engine light then refused to hook it up to diagnose the problem without charging me a $150 fee. They were rude accusatory and unprofessional. They also told me if I did not like it then I can take it to the dealer I bought the car from. I had taken my car in for a 50k check up on the first of April. I had declined them changing the breaks because it was more than i could afford and would take to my mechanic. Everything was great until I took my car to my Mechanic on Saturday the 4th(three days later) and got some disturbing news....The lug nuts on my tires hadn't been torqued correctly, thus putting my 6 year old and I in danger when operating the vehicle.
