We had an excellent experience working with Jeff Wells at Burdick Toyota. We brought in our 2013 Sienna XLE, which we have absolutely loved, and traded it in for a new Sienna XLE. Jeff was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and answered all of our questions. Dishonest, disrespectful, unprofessional service center Zach Claybrooks so call manager, refused to resolve issue. Incompetent to manage a portapotty!
Service manager Zach Claybrooks is rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and doesn’t represent Toyota quality of customer service.He was unwilling to resolve or investigate the damage to my car after being serviced, his arrogance is shameful. I have purchased my last vehicles ( 4 in 15 years) from this dealership. I intended to file a complaint with corporate.
Service manager Zach Claybrooks is rude disrespectful, unprofessional, sad this is what Cobb Co. Toyota has appointed to a management position for the service center.
We have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership in the last 4 years. We have used this dealership for all the service for those new cars. Yesterday, my 20 YO daughter brought her car in because it was making a strange noise. After a few hours the technician came out and told her it needed some repairs that were somewhat costly. DON’T BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE NOT HONEST. If there was a zero star that’s what I would rate them. I bought a 2015 Ford Fusion from Cobb County Toyota on 10/13/19 for my 16 year old daughter. Anthony Ortiz was our sales rep. My daughter had saved her money for two summers to buy car, her budget was $10k, including tag, tax, and title. Went to No.Olmsted Sunnyside to buy a car. Sarah Buchanan was my salesperson. She was wonderful as a person and gave me excellent customer service. I've been going to No. Olmsted Toyota for many years, and highly recommended them. I have never had a problem and all the personal are wonderful. Thank you Sarah for helping me out and being a great person.
My wife went in with an offer from the website. They said they did not have that particular car - then said they never had it - and tried to get her to go for a truly terrible offer. She thanked them for their time and tried to leave and was literally chased to her car by the salesperson. It was like a scene from an old comedy, only it wasn't funny. It was pathetic. There are lots of Toyota dealers in Atlanta. I advise giving this one a miss.
