Tony called to tell me a vehicle wad available. I could not take the call. I called back that evening was told Tony wa a on a call and would call me right back. Went to Smithtown Toyota back in March to lease a Toyota Tacoma. Met with Lou Bilous. Negotiated a deal and Lou sis truck will be in a few weeks. On May 1st Lou called and said truck was in but it’s going to be more money per month than we originally negotiated I contacted the manager Alex and he wanted a lot more money per month. Today i spoke with New car Manager David Leszczynski about a Purchase we made with the dealer. Explained i need it a copy of the Purchase sale agreement that was not included with our paperwork, after he (with an attitude) went through all my paperwork, again with a attitude,, who is asking you for this paperwork and i replay, my son that is a GM for a dialer and before i talk to my attorney i need this information, David said, do ME A FAVOR, TELL YOU ATTORNEY TO CONTACT OUR LEGAL DEPARTMENT AND SUE US. Do not waist your time by going to Courtesy of Brandon. I had a 4pm oil change appointment. After waiting for 1.5hrs I checked with my service advisor, and was told the car was still being worked on, so I kept waiting. At 7pm I was told that the car was not finished, and that i would have to come back another day. Please steer clear of this Toyota franchise!! I have been a loyal Toyota customer for over 6 years, this experience has prompted me to find a new car brand/ dealership to be a loyal customer too. On 02/24 I brought my 2020 Corolla to the service department for my maintenance. It went smooth, my multipoint inspection showed all green marks - green marks= checked & okay at this time.
