I called about an appointment. They got me right in. I had a nail in my tire. The service lady , Donna went above and beyond taking care that I got a replacement asap and kept in contact with me to make sure I was taken care of before my work week started. I appreciate your service team . They are very friendly and efficient!

I went to Seegar Toyota today for a safety recall for my 2018 Toyota Tundra. I received a call from a lady telling me that there was a safety recall and that I needed to get my truck in to replace some parts. I asked if they had the parts on hand and would be ready to do the replacement. She said that they had the parts and that it would take around 3.5 hours for them to install them. Very dissatisfied with the way this dealership and salesman efforts to put me in a car after i was clear of what I was looking for and budget . Was told I could qualify for a more expensive option that I could not afford. One offering was lead to believe it was being detailed to bring to me and after waiting all day was told the car was not available. After that i lost interest in that salesman and the business practice used. What has happened to this dealership.

Not a business my family will return to. Lack of response, told repeatedly the truck was ready. Went there to pick it up with my son and it wasn't ready. This went on for about a month. The truck they sold us had MULTIPLE issues that my son tried to resolve with his salesman, Jeremy, but was ignored. Now, roughly $10,000 to repair a $20,000 truck.

Don’t waste your time at this dealership. Used 2020 BMW is listed online for $31,900. We went to the dealer and test drove the car. We were interested in the car and they quoted us a price of $41,000. Again don’t waste your time.

Brought car to kunes for ac not cold got it back ice cold was somewhat shocked with expense of freon but told if leak is found extended warranty will come into play. Theresa was great.. I did not meet mechanic but work was well done. Will bring car back. Thank you

The staff at Kunes Galesburg Toyota were down to earth. They made our buying experience less stressful by making us feel like we were one of them! They knew we had a goal and worked to get us there! DO NOT USE BLACKSTONE TOYOTA / MICHALS TOYOTA - Turned my 4Runner in for engine replacement to Michaels Toyota. Engine I had shipped was not usable as is. We then went with the option of rebuilding the engine in the truck and I agreed to this. I went to pick it up today (7/1/22), and all that was done was to remove and replace the head, and fix the air conditioning. for $6700!
