They recently sold a a family member a used base model RAV4 for 43,000 when the msrp on a new one was 26,000!!!!! They snuck in thousands in fees, warranties etc. The thing didn't even come with floor mats or a single option. Look at the BBB rating for this place you'll see they do this all day every day to single mothers, this place is unethical at best. Stay away go somewhere that cares about its customers. Made an appointment time and a list of things to do and check. All of my expectations were met. The service representatives (Whitney, Donna and Teresa) all helped and put up with my sarcastic humor as they did their jobs.
My experience was wonderful! I had the best staff working with me and they were very attentive, friendly, and answered all of my questions. I am now a proud owner of a Nissan and she is great! Thanks to you all for the amazing help and time you took to make buying my first car a great experience! I love Ally! If you want to be treated like crap and your vehicle too, THIS is the place for you! The absolute WORST service we have ever experienced in our life! We brought our vehicle in on a Monday evening, so work can start on Tuesday and things started going downhill quickly. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Anyone who gets their service done here knows it is the longest wait around - several hours. I knew this and I continued to bring my vehicle in because I bought it here. I try with them and I'm always kind and patient. However, two days ago, I came in with my car and had my son with me.
