The experience today in locating a car for my wife was extremetly enjoyable. From the time the young man approached me when I arrived until the moment I left, it was top notch service. A special thank you to Bryson. He actually listened to me and ensured I got what I wanted. He didn't give up and walked with me until we found the car I wanted. RUDE, BADMOUTH CUSTOMERS, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAFF FARTED WHEN TALKING TO CUSTOMERS. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. I called in Titus-Will Toyota parts dept. Today and spoke to Adam. I had questions about replacing a new hybrid battery. So, after a long hold, Adam explained that I needed to get a new hybrid battery for $1900 and cords for $3600. Great place, everyone is friendly and helpful. Waiting room is nice and clean, has Complementary coffee and water, and a few snacks. They also have low prices on vending machine and plenty of selection(I think it's great as it keeps people from being too greedy). Oil change went great!
Great service!!: They gave me a ride home when we relized I shouldn't drive my car home. Got the estimate to my insurance quickly. Once the insurance company cut them a check they ordered the parts and had my Rav4 back to me very quickly. Thank you Kunes Toyota!!!
Corwin Toyota of Boulder, CO is trying to force me into a fraudulent used car purchase after lying to me; misrepresenting the condition of the vehicle. The vehicle has a toxic interior which has been causing me serious health issues. I was falsely (lied too) told by the dealership that I was only smelling cleaning chemicals which would dissipate in a day or two. Very pleased with the service on our Toyota Venza. They did the final complimentary scheduled service and took care of the recall notice. Got the car back in a timely manner.
