Friendly group, attentive, all bases covered in waiting area with television, snacks, coffee and water along with reading material. They were also able to accommodate the work my vehicle needed to what was financially feasible for me to have done.
Dan , the salesman, was terrific. The dealership itself was an awesome experience with people that shared the same morals throughout the building.
When I ordered parts over the phone, Fred took care of me. He made sure the parts were there, that I got the right prices, and even helped me carry them to the car. I give the parts department a 5 star rating. Thanks Fred!

We went into Stevinson Toyota to potentially trade in our 2010 Sienna for a 2015 RAV4. This would be my 6th Toyota purchase. We walked in looking for the salesman I chatted with online. He was occupied, another salesman starting chatting with me. My van is in good shape other than some minor body damage on the rear passenger door. I purchased a certified pre-owned 2013 Tundra from your Havana Street dealership on 5/24/2016 and took ownership of the truck on 5/25/2016. Anwar Siddiqi was the sales associate I worked with. That same day, 5/25/2016, I became aware that the stereo was not working properly and immediately reported this to your staff.
