I purchased a Corolla at this place with very low millage. After looking at the car fax report I kept questioning about the low millage and if the car had been in other accidents. I was assured that it had not. We shortly inspected the car, and did not see anything wrong with it. It drove nicely and looked very nice from the inside. Worst experience at a car dealership in 20 years of buying cars. Blatantly predatory and discriminatory sales practices - avoid at all costs! Full story: I spent some time contacting a number of dealerships to find a specific model and trim for my elderly parents, who needed a base model due to living on a fixed budget. I really hate writing this review because The used Sienna that I bought is wonderful. I have asked various individuals at least 6 times to please provide a copy of the CARFAX that was shown to me at purchase so that I may fill out the maintenance records in the book provided. The last straw was to send a snail mail to the dealership general manager requesting the CARFAX and I included $5.00 to defray the cost of paper/toner to duplicate, a mailing envelope and postage back to me. 3rd time trying to deal with these vipers! Jason or James, can't remember, 12 years with the company. I took my truck in for a trade in, they offered me 5,333 dollars. I took my hail damaged truck to Audi, they offered me 12,000 dollars, and took 4,000 dollars off the MSRP, so I purchased a brand-new Audi A5. Every time I try to deal with this place, they honestly try to rip me off, I would highly, highly, recommend that you stay clear of this place, it's your money!!!!

Sold a truck, bought a truck from these bozo’s It’s been almost 3 months. They still haven’t made paid me for the truck I sold them. I have filed complaints the the BBB, DMV Investigation department will be filling a police report as well I been paying a car note for 3 months and these jerks are indifferent of my financial situation. I’m out $3k and I don’t have a truck and all they say the check is in the mail. It’s been 3 month!!!!!! …….scammers dishonest people of low moral character

On February 9, 2023, I purchased a 2019 4Runner, when I made this purchased a traded a Jeep Wrangler. Of course, it had a loan in which Priority Toyota Springfield was to pay off. When making the deal we obtained a 10 day pay off, 14 days later the loan has still not been paid off. I had previously reviewed this car wash with 5 stars. Now, despite having raised the cost, they have opted to not have workers prewash the vehicle before entering the auto wash. They still have workers standing by to fold your mirrors, but they no longer take the step to ensure a superior wash. So sad that we have yet another example of paying more for less…
