Very Bad Place to do business!! The sale men lie to potential buyers, forcefully persuade inexperienced buyers to sign. They give you below market value on your trade in and over price the purchase vehicle!! They tell you that you have the right to return the vehicle within 30 days if you aren't satisfied or aren't happy with the sale! That is a bold face lie just to convince you to sign. Terrible dealership that takes advantage of young female customers. They are very forceful to inexperienced buyers, they rip you off on trade in and over price the purchase vehicle. Then lie to your face when you are uncomfortable about signing, telling you that you have 30 days to return the vehicle if you arent happy with the sale. I am disappointed with my service experience. I brought my vehicle in multiple times because the check engine light was on. I approved and paid for the recommended repair, but the issue was not fully resolved, and the check engine light came back on again. I had to return multiple times before the main problem was finally addressed. In addition, unnecessary maintenance items were included, and additional repairs totaling around $2,300 were recommended, while the repair that actually addressed the main issue was under $500. ... read more
Tim Li Tim_Li@sftoyota.com he proved to be a seasoned salesman. With no nonsense. He followed thru on all of his promises including fueling the tank :-) we used a government program and he wallows us thru and made it less stress. Also kindly taught us how to use the Toyota Mirai technology. I would recommend him.
I highly recommend buying a car from Ali Sephora! He calmly answered all of my questions (even after the sale!) and helped me to work out some logistics and I never felt the pressure to buy that I have felt with other dealers.
