This company incorrectly filed our homeowner warranty at the time of purchasing our home - now we are trying to file a claim with our warranty and we are unable to change the warranty since it has been longer than 30 days since it was ordered. We’ll be having to pay thousands out of pocket because of this error and there’s no way to remedy it because it was only caught now, 4 months later.
