I am the new Branch Manager, as of March 2023 (8 months). We have also brought in some new team members, as well as an amazing new Business Development Rep. I hope that all who visit receives 5 star treatment and I hope that we receive 5 star reviews. It is the goal of this entire team to give each and every agent, builder, buyer, seller, client and visitor our very best.
We recently started working with Alamo Title Montgomery, (my home town) and it has been my pleasure to meet the team and work individually with them. They have joined us in our non-profit projects contributing time and dedication for our mutual outreach efforts. I have been trying to get documents for 10 weeks now. I have spoken with Bonnie and Jessica. Was promised by both they would call me back. I have not heard from neither one. Called Thursday and was told Jessica was walking out the door. Told the receptionist to stop her. She told me she can't. I told her I am getting a lawyer.She told me she would have someone call me back soon ...well here it is Sunday and no call backs. Shockerrrr
