I am the new Branch Manager, as of March 2023 (8 months). We have also brought in some new team members, as well as an amazing new Business Development Rep. I hope that all who visit receives 5 star treatment and I hope that we receive 5 star reviews. I have been trying to get documents for 10 weeks now. I have spoken with Bonnie and Jessica. Was promised by both they would call me back. I have not heard from neither one. Called Thursday and was told Jessica was walking out the door. Told the receptionist to stop her. She told me she can't. I told her I am getting a lawyer.She told me she would have someone call me back soon ...well here it is Sunday and no call backs. Shockerrrr
