We closed on our house here. It took about 40 minutes to get through all the paperwork. Very friendly and helpful staff.
I did not have a great experience with Alamo Title Company in Mansfield. I likely will not use there service again nor would I recommend them to family or friends. Not very responsive, unorganized, and I did not feel like a valued customer. I copied and pasted this from someone else’s post because it was the exact experience that I had. Closed on the sale of my house four days ago and I still have not been paid nor will they return my emails. I do not recommend Doing business here.
One of the worst title experiences I’ve had. Communication is poor and they don’t care about their clients. Beware and stay away from this place, not sure how they are still in business.
