I love that they deliver all my medications and it’s always very quick. They always call when something is due for a refill which is very helpful
Just calling around to try to change pharmacies, I was told “the only way they can know if they take my insurance is to just send the prescriptions there and they will try to bill it and see if it take it”. Not the kind of answer I was looking for, I’m not going to blindly pull my prescriptions from another pharmacy and send it to you without knowing if we can even work together. I don’t know what kind of answer that is. Seems a bit strange honestly.
Everyone is very nice and provide excellent customer service
