Jake was very helpful and he did great job for our store
Romeo is the VERY best system technician ever, and their follow through is perfection. We had a complicated system, and they went above and beyond to ensure that everything worked correctly. Chris was attentive to getting us the right components, and we have been extremely impressed by the whole experience. We’ve had other systems, and theirs is the best.
Mike in sales was great to work with to upgrade my system. Rudy and Michael did and excellent job with a quick install and very helpful with the setup and instructions on how to use the app.
Romio was very helpful and informative. He explained every step and made sure I had no questions and guided me around the app. Definitely recommend.
Michael Lopez was the installation technician who helped us. He was very professional, hardworking, and courteous. He took the time to set up our security alarm and cameras. He also checked to see if our security system was properly functioning and made time to explain to me how to arm and disarm my home as needed. Thank you Michael, I appreciate your hard-work!
