Luckily, Sandra was able to clarify things for me. When I requested to speak to the billing manager, Kristen, I was told she was on a call. I was there about 30 minutes, she never came out to see me. Get it together, people! Debiting someone's bank account in error is a sensitive issue with people who are on a budget.
