Please do not use this company. The owner/manager took money from us 10/9/19 and we have nothing to show for it. Phone calls and emails go unanswered. The Better Business Bureau (BBB) rating listed with this company is a joke--there is a current complaint against Alamo Shower Doors and the owner/manager dropped their accreditation with the BBB a few days after that complaint was made. Read all reviews you can find and do not get taken in by this business!
Wish I could give zero stars. I made an appointment with this company over a week in advance to repair a shower door. I confirmed the appointment again and then took the day off of work to meet them. They did not show up, so I called and texted the office. No response for hours. Three hours later, I decided to block my caller ID and see if they would answer the phone. Sure enough, they did.
