The service is slow due to employees that would rather be on their phones, then the few workers that did an amazing job get cut from schedules and aren’t paid. The owner can’t manage his own business nor properly pay his employees. Now he’s trying to make up stories. If you support this kind of behavior by all means wash your cars here but make sure you check your vehicle was properly washed.

What’s the use of scheduling a time on the website when you can’t accommodate my appointment. I scheduled a time at 12:00 noon, 45 minutes later my car was still sitting there. Maybe put on your website 2 hour wait time!
