This place is a joke. DO NOT COME HERE. They make you wait forever to see the doctor. Then he doesn’t listen to you. Then they’ll cancel your appointments randomly and won’t even leave a callback number in the voicemail for you to reschedule. So you Google their office number and their phone is ALWAYS busy and their voicemail is full!!!!!!! Completely unprofessional!!!!!!!!!! The patient portal doesn’t allow you to schedule appointments either!!
Love Dr Beras but the customer service in his office is the worst I have ever experienced. They cancelled my last appointment without a reason and recommended that I call and reschedule. I’ve been trying for 2 days and no one answers the phone. Tried to schedule online. Unsuccessful. Send an email through the patient portal and haven't Received a response.
