I booked a rental car online at the Denver Airport with Alamo. I booked the skip the line and go directly to the car and it was so fast and easy. We had some travel hiccups throughout the day and renting the car through Alamo was super easy and fast. Every employee was super helpful and very friendly to work with. I will be using Alamo again in the future.
I had issues with Enterprise the day before with their deposit policy. I choose to try Alamo because it gave me the option to pay online immediately. I paid the day before and they still had the payment pending on my credit card. I was then informed it would be taken when I arrived so they could include the $300 deposit. Then why did I pay online?
