נראה שהמקום מצדיק את הדירוג... הזמנו רכב מהארץ , בכל סניף בארהב נתנו לנו שירות מעולה, אורלנדו, ניו יורק וושינגטון, רק בסניף הזה הדירות עלוב הגענו אחרי קרוז בדעה 09:30 ונאמר לנו שאין רכבים ושנצטרך לחזור סהיב השעה 12. חזרנו למלון , לקחנו שוב אובר לסניף ושוב אין רכבים בסניף... המתנה של שעה ו45 דקות עד שתייר החזיר רכב שלא עפ הקטגוריה שהזמנו רכב יותר קטן ממה שרשום בזמנה.העיקר לעוף משם.כמובן שלא הביאו מסמכים או קבלות כמו שקיבלנו בשאר הסניפים!.אםאתםצריכים רכב וכמובן יחס ושיאות רק בשדה התעופה במיאמי!. להתרחק מהסניף הזה בקולינס!!!
I’m deeply disappointed with the service I received from Alamo at Sunny Isles Beach on March 29, 2024. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I was informed upon arrival that no cars were available due to a "system issue," yet I witnessed other customers getting their vehicles. This poor handling of the situation disrupted my travel plans, as I had to delay my trip and find a last-minute rental with another company at a significantly higher cost, especially given it was Easter Break weekend.
