Been here twice, each time very smooth and fast and got the car we requested. Friendly staff and they are happy to give recommendations
Be weary if booking a mustang. Last minute bait and switch! In response to the reply from the business below, I contacted customer service twice and was told over the phone no refunds, discounts, or any form of compensation was available, and no mustang could be provided for the remainder of the booking. The reply attributed the issue to a recall on mustangs, which would be fair if the recall happened as I was walking to the car park. Picked up my rental car on July 19 can move pretty slow but once you sign everything and pay for everything, everything starts moving fairly quickly and returning the car was a breeze

I rented a car from Alamo Rent A Car at Waikiki Sunset Hotel. The staff were friendly, pickup was quick, and the car was clean and comfortable. The return process was easy. A great rental experience, and I would definitely use this location again.
