Unacceptable and dishonest business practices. I have traveled everywhere in Canada and abroad, and every time I rent a car, I ask to inspect the car before signing the damage report. The service agent REFUSED to let me inspect the car first, and REQUIRED my to sign the damage report, or she would not release the pre-paid car to me. Even though I could see the car from the rental office, walk there, inspect it, and walk back, she said I MUST sign off the damage of the car UNSEEN.
