Great rental service. No hassles. The vehicle drove awesome and most of all the price was great. 😊
Absolutely horrible experience. My flight was delayed so I called ahead to confirm my reservation and was guaranteed it would be saved for me until midnight. I arrived at 10pm to not only find out my reservation was given away, but I was told so in an extremely rude and unhelpful manner by the man running the desk.
I rented a car at the Peoria airport in Peoria, IL there was someone at the ticket counter. Technically the Alamo rental was closed but enterprise was open and they honored my reservation. I was happy my flight arrived and by the time I got through was 10:00pm!
I initially changed from a midsize SUV to a truck due to hauling a few large items. A week into my rental agreement I realized the midsize SUV would actually work better. The staff at Peoria airport were helpful and got the changes made seamlessly. Thank you!
