Keiana Goodwin was amazing at Alamo’s customer service desk!!
I reserved a compact car but I got Jeep Gladiator with no additional cost for the rent. I asked if I could get a smaller car since the Jeep will be a gas hog. It was difficult getting ahold of their customer service, so I was not able to change the vehicle. It was a very good vehicle to drive anyway, I just didn’t want to pay much for gas. Returning the car at the airport was fast and convenient.
