I don't know if this was a result of the set up at Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport but this was the best experience I have ever had when renting a car! I had absolutely no wait to check-in or check-out. I was upgraded for free, and the walk from the counter to my vehicle was about 40 yards! Even the representative at the counter was a joy to speak with. An amazing experience!
