I had a wonderful experience renting a car through Alamo here. I had an issue with my credit card (has had my former married last name on it for years, I forgot it was still on that Visa). Budget was very unfriendly to me over this and would not rent a car to me, nor help me to find a resolution. Gabrielle and Chris were great, they helped me to find a way to rent a car. I consistently have a wonderful experience renting with Alamo! The online rental process is seamless and efficient, making it incredibly easy to secure a vehicle. The staff is always friendly and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere the moment I arrive. I recently rented an SUV that was both comfortable and reliable.
