They couldnt close the contract as I returned the car to downtown instead of airport, I had to call airport Branch to make sure that contract is closed, I couldn't get any receipt or proof from downtown that I have returned the car !!!
Booked through a third party agency in the UK. Saw some negative reviews so was a bit apprehensive but couldn't have been more wrong. Yes, there was a short wait to get served, mainly due to a picky customer ahead but the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Upgraded to a better car, paperwork didn't take long and returning car quick and easy too. A very positive experience.
The worst car rental service I have ever experienced in North America. They gave a confirmation of reservation and then we waited in pick up line for 1 hour only for the associate at counter tell us they can’t give a car as they don’t have cars. Ridiculous beyond imagination as we were in Toronto only for that weekend and had a whole day trip planned with family visiting from across the globe.
