Disappointed with the service at this location. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation, stood 5th in line, and waited over an hour for the vehicle. This defeats the purpose of reserving in advance. Furthermore, I specifically booked a luxury sedan (Audi A3/Mercedes C-Class) due to hotel garage height limits. They assigned me a Mini Countryman (Crossover SUV) instead, which was too tall. When I requested a sedan, I was told they only had lower-class models available, and even those weren't ready. We booked a car with Alamo and when we came to pick it up it turned out there was no car for us. When we, obviously irritated, asked the lady at the counter how can a company rent cars they don't have, she told us she doesn't understand what we're confused about and what our issue is and that they don't have our car period. Wouldn't recommend

DIRECTIONS as it is hard to find. But I don’t get all the other negative reviews. Head up the side of the building on Bay Street. Enter the concourse by the revolving door marked 161 Bay Street. Go down the first set of stairs you come to, you’ll be on the PATH. Follow the P parking garage signs through the food court. Go down in the elevator to P3.
