Jessica was awesome when returning the vehicle, she was cheerful and very helpful. The vehicle was in good shape, but the infotainment system was exceptionally lame as difficult to pair a phone with. Good fuel mileage in the Jetta, though. Alamo experience was very good.
This was the 2nd time using Alamo. The check in and check out process was very quick and convenient! The mini van only had 6800.00 miles on it and was super clean and very nice! Staff was very helpful!! Highly recommend Alamo and will be using them again for our next trip! Thank you! Julie Witting
The car had a safety problem, manager was not interested in this problem!
