Very satisfied with the quality of service and customer care! Everything went smooth from initiating the rent to returning the vehicle.
Terrible overbooking. They couldn’t even guarantee a car within 2h of our reservation
Excelent service very good costumer service
The car was very good, but my experience with the office staff and manager was disappointing\. They were unprofessional, and the communication was confusing and inconsistent\. The manager seemed inexperienced and may still have been in training\. I hope the office improves its customer service\.
Good service, clean car, smooth sequence of rent!
