Easy retail process. Friendly knowledgeable employees. No hold charge on rental. Beautiful car choice I rented. And this Chicago gal was able to choose a car with Illinois plates
I have rented from Alamo before without issue, but my experience at the LaGuardia location was by far the worst I’ve ever had with any rental company — entirely because of the manager on duty. Upon arrival, I was first told by an employee that I couldn’t use my debit card, but I could use a credit card from my Apple Wallet.
