Anthony at Alamo/LaGuardia Airport location is awesome. He made the transaction easy. Especially after we had been delayed by 8 hours. (Thanks Delta and Mother Nature)
Specifically about Alamo at La Guardia, the guys that work there are so extremely helpful and pleasant. If they worked at any establishment in my area id be frequenting it because of them. Also my car was nice and good quality.
Suite à une expérience catastrophique avec Eddie (qui est le manager), son équipe Natasha S, Mercy B, Stann, soutenus par une autre manager (Dana) ont été formidables et ont trouvé une solution pour nous permettre d avoir notre véhicule comme nous l avions réservé. Le service dépend fortement des personnes et ces 4 personnes (Natasha, Mercy, Stann et Dana) sont au TOP et aident les clients à l inverse d Eddie.
