What incredible experience, I was upgraded to better car without additional fees, Getting the car was very quick, Alamo team was very helpful and supportive specially that the car will be dropped in different city. Return process was outstanding and very quick, was a little bit worried about the experience after reading lot of bad reviews but it seems that alamo management enhanced the process. Thanks Alamo once again.
Best service possible. Although they ran out of cars, they kept us informed and apologized for the 10min wait. Best thing: no trying to sell any extra insurance!
I had a reservation for a mustang convertible… and there a no car for me !!! Don’t dream too much here, you should be disappointed… and pedestrian !!!
Leicht chaotische Abholung unseres Mietwagens. Die Rezeption wirkte kompetent, doch die Absprachen zwischen den Mitarbeitern im Parkhaus können definitiv noch optimiert werden. Letztlich von drei verschiedenen Mitarbeitern irgendwie durcheinander bedient worden, um das Auto zu bekommen. Technisch & optisch aber in Ordnung, Rückgabe am Miami Airport funktionierte einwandfrei!
