I booked and then read the reviews, which left me nervous about the experience. Wasted energy. While we were there, Tate worked with five or six customers including us. Every interaction was fast and friendly. John did the car inspection with me and candidly, one of the better experiences I have had renting a car. Very much appreciated!
I’m extremely disappointed with this rental company. I booked a Mustang Cabrio well in advance, and I arrived on time on the day of pickup, only to be told that the car wasn’t available. The employee simply told us to choose another vehicle, but there were only a few left — all large cars like Dodges, nothing close to what I had reserved. I find this completely unacceptable and frankly dishonest. We were not offered any compensation, apology, or even a proper explanation.
