Catastrophique ! Fuyez ! Réserver 2 semaine en avance une mustang une journée ! De 9h a 18h Jour J jarrive à 9h on me dit la mustang arrive à 11h soit vous attendez soit un suv plus cher Je reviens à 11h il me dit rien fait mes papier et me Dit de le suivre . Et m’ouvre un VW jetta …. Alors que deux place a coté une mustang était là . De plus j’avais pris option siège bébé et le jour J idem il en n’avais aucun ! A fuir!!!

Atendimento ruim. O carro conversível, previamente reservado, não estava disponível, o que gerou grande frustração na viagem. Foi oferecido outro carro similar não conversível, tirando todo o glamour imaginado para os dias em Miami.
