Rückgabe unseres Mietwagens hat gut geklappt. Allerdings sollte man den Kunden angesichts des Verkehrs in Miami mitteilen, dass die Autos im Parkhaus Charles Garage Parking (Einfahrt W 43rd St) zurückgegeben werden müssen und sich dort auch das Büro befindet. Das würde die Navigation erleichtern. Das Parkhaus ist m. E. sehr eng.
ACHTUNG. Hier kann man keine Mustangs mieten. Sie wollen einem nur für den gleichen Preis einen Kleinwagen andrehen. Geld hab ich auch nicht zurück bekommen
anderes Auto bekommen wie reserviert, aber der Preis blieb der gleiche, schön downgraden. Jetzt nach 10 Tagen wurde noch was von meiner Kreditkarte abgezogen ohne vorher ein Mail oder drüber zu sprechen. Frechheit.
Terrible experience….showed up with a reservation confirmation but the location had NO CARS!!! I was told I would have to wait until someone returned a vehicle and they couldn’t tell me how long that would be. I asked if they could get a car from their nearby airport location and they said NO bc the fleets aren’t shared. I called the national number and was told someone would call me back but no one ever called.
