Bad way to do business, 1. what airport in the nation rental agency opens at 10:30am obviously this one which makes no sense. You have travelers coming at all hours of the day. Ridiculous should be open way earlier than that. 2. Reserved car online to be turned away after credit card wasn’t accepted. Mind you i’ve never had issues at any other places in the US. Guy was rude and blantly said I need a real credit card! But it being more than likely local owned agency they only accept certain credit cards because they are not c... read more

Customer service at this location was lacking and in fact, non-existent. We were not able to get in contact with anyone at this location after we rented, and had to always work through corporate to leave a message for the manager here, whom never called us back despite multiple attempts at leaving messages. In addition, we were charged a cleaning fee without notification or evidence of anything excessive that a simple vacuum wouldn't fix, which I'm assuming they would do anyway.
The best car rental experience. Great service 😍, no hidden fees -surprises 😅, new car 🤩. I travel a lot , now it’s my favorite company. Thank you
