Everything was smooth getting into the car. Returning was fairly easy. Car ran great. Only 1 incident, the gas gauge did not work in a 2026 Nissan Sentra. I know this because when I put gas in it the gage was on an eighth of a tank. When I barely got started the pump started stopping, I thought it was foamy gas or something but the gas started overflowing. When I got back and started it it still read an eighth. The car was immaculate and ran so smooth. It was a pleasure to drive. The Alamo rep who did the transaction at the Sioux Falls airport was very friendly and personable. Alamo should be proud of her customer service.

The car she chose for me was perfect for my long drives on unfamiliar country roads. She exemplified excellent customer service! Alamo has typically been my choice of rental car firm. The car was very clean & the service was tramendous !!
Gave us a Mazda CX-5 with very very low milage on it. Lovely little car. We drove from Sioux Falls to Rapid City SD. When a problem appeared on our way back to Sioux Falls, they tried to fix it, and when they couldn't, gave us a discount to cover the inconvenience. Alamo is a great rental company, and I will absolutely recommend them to friends and colleagues.
