Great customer service. Clean vehicles easy to pick up and drop off.
Car was double booked, tried to leave but car was under someone else. Had to return to customer service to get it fixed.
This is my first time using Alamo and I was a little skeptical because I typically go with like Enterprise or something. I think they're going forward I will only use Alamo The service was fantastic I couldn't believe how fast I was in and out it almost didn't even feel real I definitely would recommend using Alamo in the future to anyone. I think by time I got to the car rental place desk and was out of the lot it was probably less than 10 minutes
