Fast and nice people in Minnesota
Originally booked a rental through budget, which ended up being a huge mistake! After nothing but problems and time wasted with them, I walked down to the alamo counter, and we were driving away in our rental within minutes. I wish I got the guys name that helped us because he has helped us in the past when renting from alamo. Have always had great experiences and vehicles with alamo and won't attempt to rent from anyone else again!
We had a great rental experience at the Duluth Airport with Abby. She made the rental process easy and straightforward. She even recommended a local restaurant (which turned out to be amazing!). When our return flight got delayed 24 hours and we were scrambling to make a backup plan and find a hotel room, Abby helped us extend our car rental by one day so we could commute back to the airport.
