Great experience, Margaret Elizabeth @ the counter was amazing took time and even offered great places to get breakfast with my special needs adult Neice.
When I returned the car and explained the issue that I had with not being able to lock the door with the key fob, Brendan at RSW was very apologetic and considerate and very customer service oriented which made me feel appreciated. He is to be commended.
