McKenna at the Durango/La Plata airport was so kind and efficient even staying late to wait on our flight. Somehow we ended up with a super nice SUV which was not what I had rented, we magically got upgraded and it was perfect for the snow and so appreciated! McKenna went above and beyond from other rental car experiences.
Alamo Durango airport drop off at 17:40 May 29th. Wish I got her name. The associate standing at Hertz. Is truly unbearable in demanding repeating answers of customer survey. First reply I said all is good. Then she asked again. “I said all good” she asked again🤢. “ I said see ya.” She said I’m gonna call you🤔. “ big red flag , harassment.” I said,” what for.” She says to get your reply on customer service. 🙄. Here is your customer service review!!! Tada!!!
