We booked through Alamo/National/Enterprise for a Nissan Rogue AWD out of Durango, CO with a drop off in Grand Junction, CO. Be forewarned they are the same company. I called them and was told that in the event of delay your reservation is secure for 24 hours. Also called the Durango number but no one answers there during business hours. All they had for us was a 15 seater van. A Ford Transit shuttle bus used by hotels and tour guides. Sorry that car is not in a similar category. Unless you want to relive the Seinfeld skit, go somewhere else. I was told they were out of vehicles when I went to pick up my reservation. Interestingly, a customer at the counter next to me was offered a choice between two vehicles. When I inquired about that vehicle, he said it was for a different customer with a different reservation. Somehow somebody else’s reservation must’ve been more important than mine and they were not allowed to let me have that vehicle. Rented a vehicle from Alamo at the Durango/La Plata Airport. The check in and return was easy. The vehicle was as described. It was new, very clean and well maintained

Alamo/Enterprise of Durango is a great place to rent a vehicle. The staff is top notch and very knowledgeable about the area. The vehicles are immaculate. The experience was one of the easiest I've had, we rent multiple times a year and would definitely use them again.
