Check-in experience was good, including noting pre-existing dents and paint damage on the rental car with the parking lot attendant, who assured me it was noted in the system and had the print out damage card to show. Car was clean and in good operation. Noted the same damage when we returned the vehicle, only to be hit with a claim against us from their damage recovery unit 6 weeks later, totaling $1k+ for the same damage that was pre-existing. Cheerful and knowledgeable staff, both on pickup and return. A very easy process from start to finish. Would definitely recommend Alamo at this location.
