Great experience! David at the Traverse City, MI location was great. He gave us some very beneficial info on the local area, restaurants, etc.. Great help to us. We made our reservation on line for a pick up and different drop off location and they accommodated us, no problem. Very good experience! Will use them again.

After a long day of travel, we arrived in Traverse City at 8:30pm, ready to pick up the rental car we reserved over a month ago. My husband was the driver, and our credit card was under my name. Even though we share the same last name, they refused to release the car. We’ve never encountered this issue at any other rental company.
