The customer service was top notch. The representatives were friendly and very helpful. The process were competitive and online check in made things go smoothly.
Car rental at Bend airport in Oregon was fast, easy and fairly priced. Agents were great.
They don’t seem to understand the purpose of a reservation. My reservation was for two hours before I arrived and they still didn’t have a car ready when I arrived. Very disappointing.
