We rented a car from Alamo weeks in advance. Completed Alamo's early check-in several days before the flight. When we arrived the counter was closed and a message taped to kiosk "no more cars". Had to rent from competitor which cost us triple what we planned. Called Alamo customer service twice to seek resolution, both times the customer service reps looked up our rental details and stated "this should have never happened, someone will be in touch to help resolve this" . I had the best experience getting my rental car from the Alamo team at the Redmond Oregon Airport! Tianna made the process so smooth and quick and I was given some great places to visit and restaurants to try from her and her coworker. They were so sweet! Also returning my rental car was a breeze and the gentlemen who assisted me then was so nice as well and I was done in less than 5 min!

All the employees I met during the vehicle rental were very friendly and helpful. Both the pickup and the return of the vehicle were easy and hassle-free.
