Just a heads up for the Redmond, OR Airport Alamo/National/Enterprise location: they routinely run out of cars during the busy summer season. Even if you have a reservation, they may not have a car available for you to pick up. This was my experience, along with several other unhappy customers. I then had to grab a taxi to my accommodations and return to the rental center the next day, where I was informed that they were still out of cars. It was a great experience the young lady was very helpful and quickly to action when the vehicle I requested was not ready. She was able to upgrade to what she had available not extra charge. For it being a small airport Redmond/Bend, Oregon the drop off was very easy keys were dropped off at drop box on counter no waiting required.

Very nice car, extraordinary customer service.... well for any one else, but for Alamo, it's the norm. Always a satisfying experience when I rent from them.

It was really odd to have someone at the gate for the rental car return just wearing normal clothes giving instructions. While he was a nice guy, he looked like a random guy---I was taken aback by that, as if you are going to have an employee at the front of the rental car lot, you should have him/her in some kind of a uniform or a name tag so that renters can know who is stopping them.
