I deleted my other review. I was cranky and tired. I did wait longer than most rental desks - I would think they’d add seasonal help but same thing happened at the hotel - one person with 10-15 folks in line.. The National desk agent stepped in and helped which I was grateful for. Got a great car. Easy to find and exiting was easy.

I’ve been standing in line for 90min. The clerk keeps moving over to the other counter as new people arrive for enterprise. So our line moves at half pace. The entire operation is poorly ran and I can’t urge anyone reading this to AVOID Alamo. You get to spend 90 min and counting in line watching checked out numb employees do slow work. I hate this style of customer service, because there isn’t any actually happening. Whoever manages this location needs to be fired and hire a yak to replace them. We were extremely disappointed. Our flight was a few minutes late arriving and one of our important bags did not make it to baggage claim so we arrived at the Alamo desk 4 minutes past 2:30, the time they close. They do not open again until 5:30. After flying for 8 hours, we had to sit with many other disgruntled customers from 2:34 AM to 5:30 waiting for a rental car.
