I was hesitant given some of the reviews, but my experience was great! Arrived on a Saturday evening, no line, got a car with only 5k miles on it, very clean. Return was uneventful, guy who checked me in asked how my experience was and I said Great! FYI there's a Costco gas only about 2 miles away if you're returning the car and have a membership.
Horrible experience. Had to wait for more than an hour to get an upgrade.
Very well, organized, no hidden fees, etc., etc. very professional, courteous, and on top of their business thank you
The attendant at the car pick up was very helpful. He provided us with a very reasonable upgrade to our reservation for our family trip
Great overall rental experience and outstanding customer service from Ernie when returning the rental to SJC airport!
