Alamo at SJC has great customer service! Brandon the station manager was very helpful. We have rented from them a couple of times and they made the process quick and easy!

Editing ratings based on latest updates- After nearly a month , I was provided refund of unauthorized charges. I can give Alamo another try next time I would rent , hoping that I will not experience this again and alamo would take care of customer requests in timely manner. Thank you.
