Alamo was great! The employees were very nice and helpful. The car was clean. The lady that received our rental back was very nice and even reminded us to make sure we had our phones and chargers.

Edit: In response for the reply I got - that's what I was talking about - I already used the chat and phone call but I keep being ignored by the costumer service. It all started the moment I arrived at the branch. The staff immediately recognized I was a tourist and tried to charge me a ridiculous rate — $2,500 for the smallest car available, with no insurance, for just 11 days. I went to San Jose 4 times in 2024 and since I had the best experience with Alamo, I decided to book again for our family vacation, a 15-seater van. I specifically called to ask before I booked, if they can remove some of the seats in the back to make room for our luggages and a medical device and was told that they do it. So I booked it online.
