I want to share an EXCELLENT rental experience my wife and I had at the Alamo Rental at Detroit Metro Airport today. Mike, James, and Shalandra (sp) were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and together made sure that we will continue to give our rental business to Alamo in the future!!!!
Only issue I had was the return area was not well marked and appeard to be blocked on both side. One was a gate the other was tire strips facing backwards.
They were there and helpful at 3am when our flight was delayed hours.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Alamo over the Memorial Day weekend the skip the counter feature was great. The staff was great. I’m definitely gonna use them again.
