Vehicle was ready as promised (available, clean, full of gas and a snow scrapper was included). Return was easy and shuttle was available for transport to the airport terminal. Price was reasonable.

This rental in Detroit was the best experience in a long time. The bus was parked about 50 feet from the rental return. All very efficient. Open 24 hours.

Very professional. Easy check in and out. Didn't get the car type I requested however they promise a free upgrade next time I am in DTW. Hopefully they'll follow though. But will rent from them again..

Best car rental experience I've had in a while. So easy and smooth, got to pick which car I wanted, easy return. Alamo was never on my radar before this, but now I'll be trying to use them more often.

The car I rented had a strong vinegar-like smell and the inside of the windshield wasn’t very clean, which made the drive less comfortable. However, when I returned the vehicle, Noah, the agent who assisted me, was outstanding. He listened carefully, acknowledged the issue right away, and offered a fair adjustment without hesitation. His professionalism and attitude genuinely turned the experience around. Thank you, Noah.
