I rented a Jeep Wagoneer for over a week. The vehicle had a dirty soda bottle in the cup holder and the interior windshield with filthy. I paid over $1K, and I had to clean the windows and dispose of trash before our trip.
Friendly staff.
The people working at DTW were very helpful and accommodating. It was nice to be able to select the car I wanted, and the return was seamless. Highly recommend.
Great staff with great attitudes at this DTW location, from the check in, to the senior citizen who was the porter. Return was easy also. Great new clean Accord hybrid. Definitely will rent again. I hope leadership see this so they can acknowledge the staff for their teamwork attitude!
Couple weeks ago I had a luxury rental and the first car has an issue when I drove on my way to the hotel, drive back and the exchange was very easy and smooth and shout out to Carolina or Caroline as far as I remember at counter when finished the reservation, and I also appreciate Alamo for care of their employees and have elderly help in picking up the cars I felt was a great thing to do. Looking forward to rent with you guys next time.
