my 15 seater van broke down in the middle of nowhere in Amarillo, Texas. The tow and transfer was timely. I just wish they will refund all the charges in full for all the trouble me and my entire entourage had to go thru.
Great car and great experience. Price was good and staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
The agent was pushy and then when I go to get my car they have no cars. Took about 30 minutes for them to find me a car. I always rent from Alamo and will again. Hopefully this was just a one time bad experience.
Just be wary of some creepy agents at this place. Overall things are quite fast and smooth. And I think these rental cars need to be sanitized every time, really!
Absolutely focused on the customer. They get you in to your car fast and on your way.
