The process was very fast,and customer service was very polite.
I had a great experience with Alamo rental car very minimal time when getting the car and very minimal time when returning the car and everything went really well!!
Great experience, staff very helpful on pick-up and return. We didn't realize we had to return to Regional airport, vs International. (We went to wrong airport.) Pays to read the receipt! Still had plenty of time to catch our flight. Car was immaculate.
Rental line was slow moving, but everything else was really great.
