Friendly service. Pick-up and drop-off were super fast and easy. Our flight was delayed 5 hours, but they still had a car waiting for us when we got in. No pressure to buy additional insurance coverage. Overall, it was a great experience!
Great prices and great customer service.
I was put in a very bad position when I was arbitrarily locked out of my vehicle while at the gas pump. The key fob was in the cabin of the vehicle and I never touched it as I exited the vehicle. Furthermore my cell phone was also locked in the vehicle. It was only with the help of a Good Samaritan that I was finally able get in my Cecile after a 90+ minute wait.
