I rented a premium SUV the exterior and interior was very dirty.. glass and mirrors were filthy.. I did report this to the Alamo call center and didn't get a call back from the rental site.
Pick up and return was smooth. Representatives were polite and helpful. Vehicle was nice and clean, and operated well.
I an in Mobile Al from Florida and had a reservation w Alamo in the airport. I was told by the alamo rental agent they would not accept my Visa Debit Card. I have cut up all my cards due to retirement. I was told I could not rent the car. Never had this problem in Florida.
My personal experience was great my service was excellent and was able to get a free upgrade with no problems, the checkout was quick and easy. Thanks to Mat very professional.
