My rental was easy to reserve online, easy to pick up & return. The car was clean & got good gas mileage.
Very reasonable price, got my car in less than 5 minutes.
They gave me the wrong paperwork. 1st vehicle had no tag. The delay caused us to be late for our trip. The vehicle radio and navigation screen was not working properly. The vehicle smelled like cigarettes. Customer service promised a rate adjustment and follow up. None was given. Update:After contacting customer service, again...Alamo adjusted my rate to assist with the frustration and inconvenience.
