The car was very clean and ran well. We did encounter one minor is the low oil light came on and we were near the top of the mountain in Pidgion Forge Tennessee. Had to come back down and attempt to contact customer service. When that failed I purchased 2 quarts of 30wt. Put on quart in and left the other in the back. The oil light went off and no other issues happened. Please check before renting because we were in bad place to find oil.
Once I figured out where to stand in line, which was not clear (because there was no one at the Alamo desk, but there were people at the other companies' desks) it was easy and low-stress to rent a car from this Alamo location at the Mobile Regional Airport.
