Booked a rental car a week ago. I was on my way to pick it up and received a call telling me they didn't have a car for me to pick up. Would not recommend. And, if you're wondering, no compensation was offered. Luckily I'm travelling alone and not with a family or with small children.

I would not count on this place to help with your travel needs. I reserved a car 9 months in advance. When I arrived they did not have the rental for me. I was denied; after already paying. Had to change all of my plans. Then Many locals told me about the poor service they provide.

I rented the car from the Helena Montana Airport. The experience was excellent. When I was planning my trip and I read reviews it was confusing if the Alamo office was in the Airport. I want people to know it is in the airport. It's a very small airport and the Alamo counter was right by the baggage claim area. We loved the car. I will definitely rent from them next time.

Reserved a car online, booked hotel, dinner reservations, got droped of at the airport, says open online, but NO ONE HERE TO GIVE ME KEYS! MIGHT GET FIRED FOR MISSING BUSSINES MEETING! IM OUT $600 AT LEAST.
