Placed reservation online, and picked my vehicle out of the full size sedans. Matthew walked me to it and explained I just need to show ID & credit card upon exit. Provided business card should there have been any problems.
Wow! Amazing customer service from pick up to drop off. The car was clean and worked great for our trip. The location at the Gainesville airport made it easy to pick up and return!! Highly recommend!
Allen was so helpful and so patient when we didn’t have the correct amount on the credit card he will show us where we could go to get put the money on the card so we can rent the car
The rental process was quite easy, the Gainesville Airport location of the cars was convenient, and the agents (at least the one I had) were very knowledgeable and helpful.
Mercedes at the GNV airport was my rep. She was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I’ve never had a better experience renting a vehicle.
