Cars are clean and well maintained. I would use them again.
Very straight forward and easy process. Vehicle was new model, clean, odorless, and full tank!
Customer friendly
They did not have a car ready even though I had a reservation. They wanted me to wait and it’s ridiculous to have to wait for a car especially when you have a reservation.
Counter attendant was pleasant and provided the name of a good bourbon store at my request and she was right! Lot attendant was standing beside the car when I put it in park and he too was quite pleasant and got me checked in quickly. Overall, a very good experience.
