Good personnel, good clean vehicle that I actually asked for without requiring an upgrade. No problems. Easy to extend another day. Transaction was ever so smooth and quick at the airport.
The two young ladies at the Augusta Regional Airport Alamo/Enterprise desk are exceptional. They, along with the terms and ease of accommodation, cannot be overemphasized.

Highly disappointed. I made a reservation and received a confirmation with a drop-off location in Savannah. I was shocked when they told me there were no available cars for drop-off at another location and that nothing could be done about it. As a result—missed flight, unexpected hotel stay, and a new ticket. Not reliable at all. Very disappointed.
Easiest rental car experience I have ever had. Staff were all super friendly and efficient. Car was immaculate. Great experience. Alamo will be my go to from now on.
