The customer service was good and the staffs were professional. However, I have to rate it down as my car wasnt ready at the collection time even though i made my booking weeks before. And their reason was because the car is not here yet and they also couldnt tell me when would it arrive. Instead, they offered me an EV truck, which i wasnt so inclined to take as I will be driving quite far out of the city and not sure abt the charging points. Only dealt with dropping off at this location after getting a flat tire and driving on the spare. However, the employees were extremely helpful and kind. Great experience!
機場租車，選擇這裡還車，樓下的大叔指引我們到樓頂，其實我們轉到7-8F 的時候也不確定是不是這裡（因為第一次來），剛好大叔再一次出現跟我們說繼續往上開~~ 開到樓頂之後有一個姐姐看一下車有沒有什麼問題，不到5分鐘時間，挺速度的~
