We had an extremely disappointing experience with the Alamo location on Fisherman’s Wharf/Beach Street. We went there because the rental car had a problem with the radiator coolant: the coolant level was completely below the minimum, and we had also noticed a leak. We were concerned that continuing to drive the vehicle was unsafe, so we went directly to the Alamo location to ask for help and, if possible, to change the car. Drove from SFO to LA and then to San Diego with only a minor inconvenience. Picked up a nail and had the tire repaired. Explained the issue at drop off and the team covered the cost of the tire repair. Car was clean and comfortable. And quite affordable for dropping off in a different location. Everyone was professional and helpful.
