She was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, answering all my questions with patience and professionalism. The whole rental process was smooth and uncomplicated. I am very happy I gave this place a chance.
Réservé depuis des mois. On arrive sur place à 10h00 et on nous dit qu'il n'y a plus de voiture disponible avant 13h00. Ça pète tout notre planning. Et la dame de l'accueil s'en fout.
Wir haben für unseren 4 wöchigen Westküsten-Trip im Vorfeld ein Mittelklassefahrzeug reserviert. Bekommen haben wir einen nahezu neuen Honda Civic, der sehr geräumig und top ausgestattet war. Sowohl bei der Abholung als auch bei der Abgabe lief alles reibungslos. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.
Le personnel très sympathique, modifications rapides et flexibles, j'ai pu changer d'heure et d'endroit de retour sans frais. Merci beaucoup.
