I read some bad reviews, but decided to take a chance. Had a reservation for a car at 3:30pm on Friday afternoon. Walked right up to the counter. The guy was friendly and helpful. Check-in was less than 5 minutes and off I went. I stayed at a near by hotel and didn’t want to pay for valet parking - I asked if I could just park it overnight in the rental garage, guy said sure! Saved me $50 hotel parking. Return was just as easy. Will definitely rent from them again if in be area.
Very much good communication and very efficient. They made me feel very comfortable. Everyone has good customer service and I recommend coming back to this location. keep up the professionalism. A+

Terrible no car was available on the day to collect even though it had been paid for in advance and a collection time set.
I have a valid car booking and they have no car available. Unbelievable and disappointing. They told me about it at the time when I picked up the car. Never again
