Amanda was awesome! She made sure that I received a new car before leaving the parking structure. The initial rental had a plastic sticking out of the front of the bumper and I asked if she could take note about it so I wouldn’t get charged and she rapidly connected with other staff and helped me get another rental!! Thanks Amanda!!
