Strange to drop off car with no attendants. Asked for parking space number and there are none. How can I be responsible for damage after its in their lot? Is it not monitored for theft and vandalism? Take a video before you leave, you could be stuck with a bill.
Agent finalizing arrangement was knowledgeable, friendly, fast and efficient. When the car was returned, the employee who helped put the car in the proper space for that return was also good at what she did! No issues throughout the entire lending process!
Rental experience was good .but expensive at $100 a day
No issues easy pick up and drop off
The National/Enterprise/Alamo representatives at DSM who help you to your car, check you out at the gate, and check your car back in at dropoff are excellent. Very helpful, efficient, polite and friendly.
