do NOT rent with alamo ever, they are thieves who promised me a full refund and yet will not give it to me. when i arrived at the location to pick up my PREPAID rental, they wouldn't accept my chime credit card as the deposit card, even though i paid with it no problem online. the employee told me i could call the customer service line and receive a full refund. it has been 2 weeks & i have called 4 times, each time they tell me a new story and make up something else before telling me they issued my refund for me. they are l... read more

Usually rent with Enterprise, did not know Alamo is under same company, just cheaper. Very satisfied
I had no problems reserving the car online.Renting the car and returning the car plus they saved me trips to the gas station. I was able to pay for the gas at the counter. Which I was pleased because that saved me time to do more important things. Nice car, too.
