If I could give this 0 stars I would. I recently had a disappointing experience with Alamo Car Rental that I feel compelled to share, especially for anyone considering renting through a third party. When I booked a car through a third-party site, I was under the impression that I was getting a great deal. Everything was great. Love the New 2025 Honda Odyssey.
Grossly understaffed. Even with Preferred Check In we waited an hour at the counter as there was no 'skip the counter" available at this location. I cannot walk distances and there was no help to the car lot, which was the farthest away from the terminal. The agent was also unknowledgable about Alamo policy and suggest I rent from someone else next time. I am all to happy to oblige him and rent from Hertz.
