I REALLY wish I could remember the names of everyone, from checking in to checking out. I booked through Priceline, but maybe the information can be pulled from the confirmation 2112252505/06-12 @ 11:30-12pm. -Very nice staff, from the counter to the vehicle. - Checkout less than 15-20 mins -Vehicle was clean and fresh -Shout out to senior management because this team ROCKS! Overall, I made a great choice choosing Alamo Rental. Good Day!

We had a really smooth and overall great experience with Alamo—this was our first time using them. Check-in went well, but we weren’t informed that the rental start time is also the exact return time on the drop-off day, which led to some confusion when we returned the car. Alamo at the Milwaukee airport provided one of the best car rental experiences I have ever seen. Every staff member I met was smiling and friendly. The check-in was quick. The car was clean and new. Returning the vehicle was quick and easy. I’ll shout out Ari from the return experience, but the entire crew was great!
